On 30th August 2015 at Subarna Banik Samaj Hall, Kolkata the journey began to form exclusively an organization comprising of Engineers only starting from N.S, F.J.E of S.S.M, Junior Engineers to Assistant Engineers up to Senior Engineers for various Engineering departments like P.W.D, P&RD, W.R.I.D.D etc. as well as semi Govt & Autonomous bodies & others etc. for upliftment of whole Engineering cadre who are engaged with various engineering fields like construction / maintenance of various building, roads, bridges, canal, water supply, Irrigation schemes etc.
